  • Portrait kits are limited to one person in the painting, whether it's you or someone else.
  • For best results, the image can be cropped.
  • Please upload a high-resolution image, not screenshots or filtered images, as the quality of your selfie kit depends on the quality of your image.
  • We will contact you to request a new image if the quality is too low or the image is too filtered.

Unfortunately, for now, we prefer not to exceed the two-person limit for the Couple portrait. This allows us to offer you a faithful portrait that is still manageable in terms of difficulty and maximum number of colors, making it accessible to everyone, as we intended.

Does the canvas arrive without a stretcher?

No, unlike other sites, with Artaks you will receive the canvas ready to be painted: stretched and with the numbers clearly visible thanks to top-quality products.

How do I know which colors to use?

Each pot of paint is marked with a number to match the ones printed on the canvas. Simply color the areas on the canvas that match the color of the respective pot, and once you're finished, you'll have your masterpiece.

Is there a specific timeframe?

When you order, you'll find a widget that calculates shipping times based on processing times and delivery location (which is around two weeks) so you don't miss your gift or painting party deadline.

Is it possible to receive it before the indicated date?

You will usually receive your kit before the indicated date, but we do not recommend relying on this hope when purchasing, as we can only be held responsible for delays beyond these dates.
